Ads Performance Reporting

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of Ads Performance Reporting ("the application"), an internal reporting tool operated by Sergey Zdravkov, independent Google Ads specialist, Bucharest, Romania.

The application is not offered to the general public. It is used by its operator for the advertising accounts under his management, and the reports it produces are made available to the advertisers those accounts belong to.

2. Permitted use

Access is granted only to the operator and to advertisers whose accounts he manages. Authorisation is performed by the account holder through Google's own OAuth consent screen and may be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. What the application does

The application reads advertising statistics from Google Ads and writes them into reports. It performs no write operations on advertising accounts: it does not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, budgets or bids. Details of the data accessed are set out in the privacy policy.

4. Data handling

Data obtained through Google APIs is handled in accordance with the privacy policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Availability and warranty

The application is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or of the accuracy of figures reported by third-party systems. Reporting depends on the availability of Google's services and on the data Google makes available; delays or gaps on Google's side are outside the operator's control.

6. Liability

The operator is not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of the reports, nor for indirect or consequential losses. Advertisers remain responsible for their own advertising accounts, budgets and compliance with Google's advertising policies.

7. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with its date. Questions: zdravkov.s.a@gmail.com.
